Tom is an Executive Consultant who is dedicated to measuring, building and strengthening Good Judgment – enabling people to “Make the Right Decision” and “Place the Right People”.

Tom brings over 30 years of experience in hiring, developing, and managing people for projects around the globe.  He has held leadership positions in complex multi-billion dollar healthcare organizations – Kaiser Permanente, McKesson Corp., and Baxter International. He has served constituents by designing, developing, and deploying major programs involving thousands of personnel that transformed the organization. He has worked with many functions and at all levels – from senior executive to labors - to implement game changing innovation which led to significantly improved performance, quality, and effectiveness.  Tom is utilizing the Judgment Index™ to work with individuals and groups for personnel development and in workforce selection to ensure “the right” personnel are placed throughout the organization. 

Tom is a long term member of the 10,000 member Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals having served as President of the Chicago Chapter and later on the Board of Directors.  He also has an entrepreneurial bent and is a successful business person who has been a partner in several small ventures.

Following an overseas tour with the US Army Security Agency Tom earned an MBA in Marketing & Logistics from Michigan State University, East Lansing, MI. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Packaging Technology, also from Michigan State University. Tom joined Judgment Index USA in 2009.
