R. Reed Sanderlin, Ph.D. -  Reed received his B.S. in Psychology and English from the University of Memphis, his M.S. from the University of Memphis and his Ph.D. from the University of North Carolina.  He did post-doctoral work at Vanderbilt and Harvard University.

He taught at North Carolina State, Southern Mississippi, and University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.  His various awards include Who’s Who in the South and Southwest; Outstanding Professor; UT National Alumni Teaching Award; and Special Services Award, Southern Humanities Council.  In addition to an extended career in teaching, he served in administration and was long-time golf coach at UT-Chattanooga.
 
His consulting and training experiences have included a wide range of organizations, including Tennessee Valley Authority, Tennessee Center for Government Training, Magic Chef, Tennessee Valley Power Producers Association, Signal Apparel, Siskin Steel, Aerisyn Energy, the Krystal Company, and others.  He taught Organization Communications, Organizational Culture, and Conflict Management courses  in the Industrial and Organizational Psychology program at the Masters level.  His public service work includes being a member of the Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce  Advisory Committee on Public Policy.
