Dr. Randy Ross is founder and CEO (Chief Enthusiasm Officer) of Enthusiasm, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in team development and organizational health. As a consultant and keynote speaker, Randy has a knack for encouraging people to live up to their full potential, challenging them to make a positive difference in the lives of others. Randy is a “craftsman of culture and catalytic coach,” who inspires elevated performance.
A graduate of Baylor University, Randy also holds two advanced degrees from Southwestern. Randy understands both the opportunities and challenges of corporate America. He has traveled throughout the United States and internationally as a speaker, consultant and coach, building teams and developing leaders.
Before founding Enthusiasm, Inc., Randy led several not-for-profit entities in Texas and Florida, was VP of Recruiting for a large regional mortgage corporation, based in Atlanta, and later became the Chief People Officer of North American. He and his wife, LuAnne, live in Roswell, Georgia, with their three children.
