Patrick brings strong organizational development and hands-on business leadership expertise to the Dynamic Consulting Group where he facilitates organizations in identifying, developing, and retaining top talent. Prior to joining Dynamic Consulting Group, he refined his talent management proficiency through both internal and external consulting roles along with gaining invaluable experience holding P&L responsibility and leading successful sales organizations at both Target and the Good Guys. Patrick has helped his clients to upgrade talent, motivate individuals and teams to make positive behavioral changes, and to create partnerships that drive business results. His clients benefit from solutions that are practical, results focused and based on the organization’s strategic business goals.
 
Patrick specializes in Executive Selection, Coaching, Team Development, Succession Planning, and Change Leadership. Patrick is utilizing the Judgment Index™ to hire top talent as well as to work with individuals and groups to strengthen and develop leadership skills. He has worked in many industries including retail, high technology, pharmaceutical and with the public sector.

Patrick holds a Doctor of Philosophy Degree (Ph.D.) in Counseling Psychology from Arizona State University and a Master of Science Degree (M.S.) in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Georgia. Patrick graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology.
