Steve Byrum is the President and Director of Content Development for RCCS Judgment Index LLC. RCCS Judgment Index LLC is a business dedicated to Measuring, Building and Strengthening Good Judgment – enabling organizations “Make the Right Decision”. Known and respected throughout the world as a leading authority on Robert S. Hartman’s work in the science of formal axiology (the study of values and quality), he is also president of the worldwide organization, the Robert S. Hartman Institute. His successful track record of helping business and industry improve their people and their bottom line makes him highly sought after as a consultant and speaker. The study of human interactions, with the desire to find ways to enhance and improve those interactions has been the compelling stimulus of his professional career.
Steve is a native of Athens, Tennessee where he was active in athletics and academics. He did his undergraduate studies at the University of Richmond and at Maryville College, and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Tennessee Wesleyan College in 1969. In 1993, Steve was honored as the Tennessee Wesleyan Distinguished Alumnus of the Year. Steve earned his Master of Arts and Doctorate of Philosophy degrees from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. His studies at the University of Tennessee brought him into a close working relationship the late Robert S. Hartman, the creator of the Judgment Index™ (Hartman Profile). Both Steve’s master’s thesis and doctoral dissertation was on Hartman’s work – the study of values. Steve has also completed post-graduate work at Princeton University (Princeton, New Jersey), Vanderbilt University (Nashville, Tennessee), and Spelman College (Atlanta, Georgia). He holds a Master of Divinity Degree from Southern Seminary (he is an ordained Elder in the United Methodist Church).
Steve has taught at the University and College level for 25 years, three years at UT Knoxville and twenty-two years at Chattanooga State where he was Dean of Arts and Humanities. Steve held Adjunct Professorships at the University of Tennessee - Chattanooga, Tennessee Wesleyan, Carson-Newman College, and the University of Alabama. He is the president of the Robert S. Hartman Institute.
He is the author of nearly 40 books and over 100 periodical articles. His last book, published in 2006 is entitled, The Recovery and Sustaining of the Human Element in Modern Organizations. He has won numerous awards and recognitions for his teaching and community service activities.
Steve is married and is the proud father of two children and two grandchildren. He and his family have lived in the Chattanooga area since 1975.

Rob Coulthard is the Managing Director of Judgement Index UK Ltd. Judgement Index UK Ltd is a business dedicated to measuring, building and strengthening Good Judgement – enabling organizations to “Make the Right Decision”.
Rob is an experienced leadership consultant, trainer and coach. He founded Performance Coaching and Leadership having previously served a full (colourful) military career. He fulfilled all his military ambitions having progressed from Boy Soldier to a Commissioned Officer during his 25 years in the British Army. He was introduced to the ‘Judgement Index’ in the USA and has since founded Judgement Index UK Ltd in tandem with his USA business associates. He and his team of specialist consultants and trainers deliver high performance workshops and seminars within a variety of environments, including Military, Corporate, Sport and Performing Arts.
Rob still works in support of the military and during the last five years has been responsible for training the Royal Marines Commando Coaching Advisory Team, The Royal Naval Leadership Academy and several other Elite Units Army and Joint Service Units. He is currently undertaking research at The Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, using the ‘Judgement Index’ as a predictive measurement of success and elite leadership traits in Army Officer Cadets. His overriding passion is developing elite performance in a variety of fields including sport. He is fortunate to be working with ‘Sport UK’ in the development of their people in the build up to the 2012 London Olympics, and several other corporate organisations, again utilising the Judgement Index as the key tool to affect leadership, team cohesion, job fit and change management.
He is a firm believer in generating responsibility at all levels, flexible charismatic leadership and good judgement. Rob has now embarked on a mission with the Judgement Index to bring positive life and organisational change to those he works with.
David B. Longley

David Longley is the chief financial officer of RCCS Judgment Index LLC. RCCS Judgment Index LLC is a business dedicated to measuring, building and strengthening Good Judgment – enabling organizations to “Make the Right Decision”.
He is responsible for the financial metrics of the company. David has over 30 years of corporate planning experience which has been critical in helping businesses meet the competitive demands of benefits planning. David is one of the first Certified Financial Planners in the state of Tennessee, is a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), and a National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) Registered Representative. He is a member of the Chattanooga Chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals and the Chattanooga Chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.
David is a graduate of the Baylor School in Chattanooga, Tennessee and a graduate of Vanderbilt University located in Nashville, Tennessee. His degree is in Business Administration. At Vanderbilt, he quarterbacked the football team, and was a key player on the baseball team. After graduation, David served as an officer in the United States Army. At the conclusion of his military service he returned to Baylor School where he taught advanced mathematics. Along with his teaching duties he also coached baseball and football (including one national championship team).
David's wealth of business experience, wisdom, and knowledge of people and performance issues bring a valuable perspective to Judgment Index USA. He is married and the father of two daughters.

Robert Taylor is the chief information officer of RCCS Judgment Index LLC. RCCS Judgment Index LLC is a business dedicated to measuring, building and strengthening Good Judgment – enabling organizations to “Make the Right Decision”.
He is responsible for the team that designs, constructs, manages and maintains the information and delivery strategy, security and process of the company. Robert has over 27 years experience in software development and systems designs. He continues to develop systems and software used in manufacturing companies worldwide.
Roger D. Wall

Roger Wall is the chief marketing officer of RCCS Judgment Index LLC. RCCS Judgment Index LLC is a business dedicated to measuring, building and strengthening Good Judgment – enabling organizations to “Make the Right Decision”. Roger joined the organization in October 2008 as Chief Marketing Officer. He is responsible for the growth and development of the Judgment Index USA distribution system and brand recognition.
Roger is a native Tennessean and a 1971 graduate of the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. He is a successful businessman and has an extensive sales and marketing background. His drive and strong work ethic enabled him to pay his way through college by selling books door-to-door. Prior to joining Judgment Index USA, Roger was the owner of a very successful private business. For most of his business career he was affiliated with UnumProvident (formerly Provident Life and Accident Insurance Company in Chattanooga, TN). His 30 year career with them included various executive positions such as Senior Vice President and Sales Director based from Worcester, Massachusetts. He was responsible for strategic partnerships and he managed the National Marketing Organization for UnumProvident during two major mergers. Besides Worcester, Roger worked with the company in Atlanta, Columbia, Washington D.C., New Orleans, Nashville and Chattanooga, TN
He is an Eagle Scout, an avid sailor and Tennessee Volunteer football fan. Regardless of his business accomplishments, Roger is most proud of his wife and two daughters. They are residents of Brentwood, TN.

Bill Wilson is chief executive officer of RCCS Judgment Index LLC. RCCS Judgment Index LLC is a business dedicated to measuring, building and strengthening Good Judgment – enabling organizations to “Make the Right Decision”. In his capacity as CEO, he is responsible for the worldwide growth, direction and oversight of the company.
Bill believes that effective problem solving and good judgment are the keys to success in any endeavor. When you improve the individual, you can significantly improve the organization and its bottom line. He is driven by the first-hand experience of seeing the substantial impact the Judgment Index™ has in business and industry, the military, the ministry, and in the world of amateur and professional athletics. “The real meaning in my work comes from seeing how big of a difference the information gleaned from the Judgment Index™ can make. It truly can be life changing and make someone a better person, a better employee, a better parent, a better spouse, a better son or daughter, a better friend."
An Eagle Scout, he is a 1979 graduate of The Citadel located in Charleston, South Carolina where he served as an officer in the corps of cadets. At The Citadel, Bill majored in Business Administration with a minor in Accounting. He has advanced degrees in financial consulting from The American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.
Bill was born in New Jersey, raised in South Carolina and now resides in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He is married and has two teenage children. Like all parents, he wants his children to have a good personality, be smart, and be emotionally balanced. But more than anything he wants them to be people of good judgment.
