Emmett is an expert at helping companies with finance, strategy and operations during periods of rapid change.  Over the past 15 years he’s managed two IPOs raising over $500M in equity capital, raised over $1B in debt capital and led companies through rapid growth as CFO, Treasurer and President.
 
He has been a leader in each of his past four companies navigating periods of high growth and executing a successful exit strategy for their investors.  Most recently, he grew a local defense contractor, DataPath, from $80M to $300M in revenue while raising $100M in Debt, and $300M in equity.  During the summer he was instrumental in selling DataPath to Rockwell Collins, a Fortune 500 defense contractor.  He is now advising boards and executive management teams on finance, M&A and operations issues through his company, Practical Vision.
