David Marshburn is Executive Director – Western Region with Judgment Index USA.  Judgment Index USA is a business dedicated to measuring, building and strengthening Good Judgment – enabling organizations to “Make the Right Decision”.  David joined the organization in November 2008 as Executive Director – Western Region. He is responsible for the growth and development of the Judgment Index USA distribution system and brand recognition throughout the Western United States.
 
David is a native of North Carolina and a 1968 graduate of Atlantic Christian College in North Carolina.  He is a successful businessman and has an extensive sales, sales management and marketing background. His drive and strong work ethic enabled him to achieve various executive positions in high tech, contract manufacturing and business fields. His successes were achieved by building his worldwide client base to include Hewlett Packard, IBM, Dell, Cisco, and a number of smaller companies know as leaders in their markets. David is an active partner in Windermere Bay Area Properties, a successful residential Real Estate company located in the Bay Area. For most of his business career he was affiliated with Signode Corporation, Seagate, Solectron and Celestica.  His 30 year career included various executive positions as Executive Director and Vice President of Sales based primarily in the Western United States. He was responsible for building strategic partnerships and managed a worldwide sales force.

He served in the US Navy as a fighter pilot, is an avid sailor, and enjoys tennis and spending time with his family.  Regardless of his business accomplishments, David is most proud of his wife, son, daughter and four grand children. He and his family have lived in the East Bay of San Francisco since 1982.
