Caren is a trusted advisor to CEOs and Executive teams and brings 20 years of experience in psychology and business to her unique brand of Management Consulting. As founder of the Chicago-based 360° Degree Feedback consulting firm, Danielson Consulting, Inc., (1993-2008), and as Founder of Dynamic Consulting Group (2008- present) she serves clients by assessing and designing individual feedback processes to significantly improve performance and effectiveness. She has worked in many industries including high tech financial, pharmaceutical, real estate, construction and both public and private schools. She has conducted over fifteen hundred one-on-one interviews and has been successful in changing the behaviors, attitudes and performance of top executives and senior managers. Caren is utilizing the Judgment Index™ to hire top talent, as well as to work with individuals and groups to strengthen and develop leadership skills.

Caren graduated with a Masters Degree in Psychology, from Adler School of Professional Psychology, Chicago, IL.  Specializing in Organizational Development, she holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology, with a minor in Marketing from the University of Arizona.
